Hi,
If you want to delete volumes with fsl then use avwroi.
For example:
avwroi input output 0 60 (this keeps the first 60 volumes)
avwroi input output 10 60 (this keeps volumes 10 to 70)
You should probably look at the right options to mri_convert
first though, as Doug suggests.
