In the latest season of CSI, there´s an episode about
someone - on purpose - behaving like a baby, including
being breast-feeded and enjoying using his diapers. (I
can look up the title, as I´ve taped it). The
depiction balances between sexual fetish and childhood
trauma.
If you read German, I could scan a short story for you
that deals with scatology that´s been published in a
German fanzine called Epitaph about 10 years ago.
I remember Rainald Goetz´s "Irre" also focussing on
excrements, but I could be wrong.
If you´re also looking for single scenes, the
digusting killing in a bathtub in Miike´s "Dead or
Alive" might interest you.
