Hello,
The current state of play is that on 17th November I asked for
volunteers to undertake further analysis of the tables with a view to
opening a dialogue with the Guardian. Only Paul Gallagher of Reading
and Martin Haynes of Cardiff have taken me up on this offer. Jovan
Luzajic, the new Data Analyst at UUK has also been in touch to discuss
any help or assistance that UUK could provide to the sector and the
Heinz Group in particular on the issues surrounding league tables and
their use.
Best wishes,
Brian
