Dear Brian
On behalf of the University of Reading, I would also like to thank you for
all your hard work and can confirm that we would be pleased to participate
in a combined submission to the Guardian.
Regards,

Subject: Re: Heinz Group - request for information from the Guardian
Hello,
I see that Donald MacLeod has produced a patronising, slanted, and in
at least in one instance innaccurate, front page article for the most
recent edition of AUA's Newslink; in an obvious attempt to draw a line
under the matter. Although it is not mentioned specifically, the Heinz
Group would appear to have been his motivation for writing as he did.
I was pondering writing a short response which addressed some of his
remarks and submitting it to the group for their consideration and to
get fellow signatories from those who approve.
Alison Murphy's breakdown of the data has certainly raised some issues
with me - and I imagine the same goes for other members of the group.
Perhaps these could form the basis of an email discussion in the near
future; which might then result in a combined submission to the
Guardian.
What do you think?
Regards,
Brian
