Hi Everyone,
After putting off joining this group for some time, I have finally taken
the plunge and joined. I understand there has been a lot (and growing)
amount of concern about obtaining more information on the ICAZ 2006
conference in Mexico City.
Let me give a quick update.
The conference web site went live a few months ago and can be accessed
through this link.
http://www.alexandriaarchive.org/bonecommons/icaz2006/
You can also get there by entering the ICAZ web page at:
www.nmnh.si.edu/anthro/icaz
The on-line registration part of the page went live last week. It can be
accessed at:
http://www.alexandriaarchive.org/bonecommons/icaz2006/registration.html
There is both on-line registration and mail in possibilities.
I understand that housing information will be posted shortly.
Also I've seen the list of sessions and papers in organized session, which
look very robust. There are, at this point, about 75 presentations posted to
general sessions as well. Sessions and abstracts should be posted on the
BoneCommons part of the web site soon.
So hang in there, go to the website, register, and we'll see you all (I
hope) in Mexico City.
