Seems to me I recall that one of the 19th-century or early
20th-century visionaries asked such an angel about this. Reportedly,
the angel explained that the already-consecrated hosts distributed by
angels were taken from tabernacles elsewhere in the world, in places
where they wouldn't be missed. I suppose an angel would know these
things :)
