The father is also a saint: he's the implausibly named Richard of
England (7. February). That given name seems to have been assigned him
by a rather later German hagiographer, Reginald of Eichstätt; see
Maurice Coens, "Légende et miracles du roi S. Richard", _Analecta
Bollandiana_ 49 (1931), 353-97. In Huneberc of Heidenheim's
eighth-century _Hodoeporicon_ of Willibald he appears without name,
though his burial church _is_ named, possibly because it was well known
to pilgrims on their way to Rome. Here's a view of it in its present

That's right: Lucca's San Frediano, dedicated to the saint with the
rake, Frigidian of Lucca. If you go, you'll be unlikely to find the
resting spot of W.'s father but you can see a very nice twelfth-century
baptismal font:
