No, the only other Shakespearean one is: "It must be so, for miracles are
ceased," Henry V, Act, 1 Scene 1, line 67 or thereabouts - although why
Shakespeare should put a Protestant commonplace saying in the mouth of a
15th-century Archbishop of Canterbury is a bit mysterious!
The actual phrasing would appear to be 19th century.
