Are you suggesting that Cardinal Wolsey was not tactful? That could have got him
into a lot of trouble! The nave of the Augustinian church was, in fact, demolished
under Wolsey before what was left was turned into the college chapel, under Henry
VIII's "change of management".

One could argue that the "original" cathedral was Dorchester.
