I repeatedly find that any forms I submit to Edexcel are not actioned.
When I then telephone to chase up I am then asked to write in. They
will not put you through to the department concerned just say that
someone will phone you back. They rarely do and even if they do they
are in the wrong department and cannot deal with your enquiry.
Why should I have to repeatedly write letters becuase they have failed
to action my forms.
I even placed an order, received part of it. The other items were
unavailable and they did not inform me and admitted they just wait for
customers to phone and chase up. The items they did sent were the wrong
quantity and not marked 'FAO' as I had requested. Now I have to wait a
few weeks and resubmit the order for the missing items paying a second
charge for postage and packing.
I have asked to be put through to their Quality Department but they do
not appear to have one!
Is everyone else having problems with Edexcel? Perhaps we should
complain to NAA.
