Can anyone help?
I’ve been trying to track down any trials to help answer a question and I’ve come up with nothing of note.
The question relates to the secondary prevention of stroke in a person with atrial fibrillation. The person is already on warfarin. Is there any evidence that adding either dipyridamole or aspirin reduces further stroke/TIAs? To further complicate things the patient in question is 88!
Any help much appreciated.
Cheers
jon
