medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
With the customary expression of regret for any inconvenience caused by
cross-posting.
Scholarly papers of no more than 20 minutes' duration (delivery time) on
any aspect of Latin letter collections during the period 300CE to 1500CE
are sought for next year's International Medieval Congress (IMC) at
Leeds. At least two sessions on this topic are foreseen, possibly
three.
The deadline for proposals is 15 September 2005 (sooner would be nice);
these should be sent to _each_ of the three addresses given below:

Proposals should include the following:
paper title; a _very brief_ abstract; a statement of audio-visual needs
(if any); your name, department, and university affiliation as you wish
these to appear in the Programme, and the mailing address at which you
wish to receive the 2006 Programme.
Information on the Leeds IMC (next year: 10-13 July 2006) is available
at:
http://www.leeds.ac.uk/imi/imc/imc.htm
Please note that the Special Theme (in 2006, "Emotion and Gesture") is
an emphasis only, not a requirement. Good papers on any aspect of
medieval studies are equally welcome.
Thank you for your attention to this one snowflake in the electronic
blizzard.
