Dear all,
Three new permanent positions are currently being advertised as part of
the SHEFC-sponsored Edinburgh Collaborative of Subsurface Science and
Engineering (see http://www.erp.ac.uk/ecosse/).
ECOSSE is one arm of the Edinburgh Regional Partnership in Engineering
and Mathematics (see http://www.erp.ac.uk/) recently described in an
article in the Times Higher Education supplement.
Permanent positions are available within the School of GeoSciences at
Edinburgh University at the lecturer grade in
- Reactive Flow Geochemistry
- Carbonate GeoScience
and at the Research Fellow grade in
- Experimental GeoScience.
For further information, including job descriptions and an on-line
application form, go to jobs.ed.ac.uk. The closing date for
applications is 30 Sep 2005.
Feel free to post the attached advert (due to come out in Nature and EOS
next week) on relevant noticeboards, and to bring this to the attention
of suitably-qualified colleagues who are looking for an opportunity to
get into an exciting new venture at the start.
Cheers, Ian.
