I think you may mean verse 29 - but no, it isn't!
> Populus Sion, ecce Dominus veniet ad salvandas gentes: et auditam
> faciet Dominus gloriam vocis suae in laetitia cordis vestri.

Yes, two complete verses.
> Deus, tu conversus vivificabis nos, et plebs tua laetabatur in te:
> ostende nobis, Domine, misericordiam tuam, et salutare tuum da nobis.
But in the Sarum Use that is the Response - there are, once more, two
alternate verses:
V. Benedixisti, Domine, terram tuam: avertisti captivitatem Jacob: Remisisti
iniquitatem plebis tuae.
(verse 2 and part of verse 3)
V. Misericordia et veritas obviaverunt sibi: Veritas de terra orta est, et
justitia de caelo prospexit.
(first part of verse 11, followed by verse 12)
> However, this could not be said of the Communion Antiphon for Advent
> II, which is from the Book of Baruch, 5:5 and 4:36.

It's a bit approximate: "Exsurge, Jerusalem, et sta in excelso: et
circumspice ad orientem, et vide collectos filios tuos ab oriente sole usque
ad occidentem, in verbo Sancti, gaudentes Dei memoria." / "Circumspice,
Jerusalem, ad orientem, et vide jucunditatem a Deo tibi venientem." But you
can see how the conflation occurred. And I'm willing to bet that "et
circumspice ad orientam" has dropped out at some point!
