Kent Libraries have opened on Easter Saturady for the pasrt 4 years - for
the first three years Unison regogiated an agreemnet locally that we could
claim the extra time back and that agreement has continued into the 4th
year.
Again the thinking was that the day is not a bank holiday and also libraries
were seeking to have more accessible opening hours for the public.
