medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
If that "someone" is Phyllis, it's unreasonable to expect much
other-source checking (inluding that of the archives) of someone who on
a daily basis devotes half an hour or so to producing for the benefit of
this list a varied and variously stimulating "column" of well written
and often entertaining notices of saints and other blesseds.
Phyllis' sources also vary, which is why checking the archives would not
have helped with the original question ("... what _is_ your source in
this instance?").
