I have used Outlook's Rules Wizard to divert any email with 'out of office'
into a separate folder, rather than them littering my inbox. This way I can
just scan through the names for any I need to know about and just delete the
rest.

Subject: Out of office replies
Is there any way the list can be set so that each time someone posts they
don't immediately get twenty odd 'Out of Office Replies' in their inbox?
