Dear Colleagues,
Slightly changing tack I am investigating with my colleague Debbie
Jobson which journals actually publish articles on evidence-based
medicine, - nursing, - health-care etc. We have found some 8000 articles
on EBM (and related subjects) on PubMed and will list relevant journals
which publish at least 10 articles. We will list the journals both by
total number of articles published and also listing this value as a
proportion of the numbers of articles published in that journal in a
given year (sample year: 2004). We will also 'weigh' the results by
using the impact factor, if available, for a given journal.
Preliminary results indicate that there are many journals which don't
have 'evidence' in their titles but publish a lot of EBM material, some
quite unexpected. If nothing else, our study may offer some appreciation
and recognition to those journals as having made a contribution to
spreading the ideas of evidence-based health care.
With kind regards,
Reinhard

Hi Matt,
One that is missing from your list is Evidence-based Cardiovascular
Medicine published by Churchill Livingstone.
