No - if I run through the tutorial (afresh) & pick some peaks in the 3Ds
there for example, the function behaves as expected (except I notice that
the z1 shift centroid value in the box doesn't neccessarily get updated
correctly). Could this somehow be a hangover due to the project having
"grown up" with the various earlier versions of analysis?
