Fixed for next release.

There was a bug here, which is fixed for next time. The function to add a
new strip using the mouse duplicates the strip under the cursor, so adding
to the left or right is irrelevant as both old and new strips are now the
same region anyway.

This will be available with the new macro system: All common mouse menu
options will be wrapped by system macros. Also, macros in general are
being updated so that the user can customise keyboard shortcuts to run
them.
