I suspect that the problem arises before the navigation.
Clearly you don't have any (F3)1H for your source spectrum.
If you try to assign the peak, what does it say the nuclei of the
dimensions are? Are they as expected? - We did have an issue like this
before but never tracked ot down.
My suspicion is the the ExpDimRefs are getting splatted somehow. Maybe at
load time...
Lastly, if you make a new project with just one 1H 1H 15N experiment in it
do you get the same problem?
