I'm not sure that I fully signed up to 'every two weeks' - or if I did, I
didn't realise that was what I was doing.

I'm happy to have another call in two weeks time, given that we have the
accessibility issue to deal with.

But I'd prefer to try monthly in general, before going to two-weekly.
(Seems odd to me to jump from having nothing, to having a call every two
weeks).

I'm not happy about giving up one evening every two weeks - especially
given that I have other evening tele-conference calls as well.  Sorry.

Note that for me, A B and E are best (in no particular order, though I'm
most likely to be bale to make E).  D is OK.  C is worst by a long way
(because it happens around the kids' bedtime).
