Dear all (Stu take note),

I would like to propose that we hold the conference call on

    Friday, 25 February, at 2100UTC

This is unfortunately less than ideal for Akira, for whom it
will be 6am on a Saturday, but it appears to be the only one
of the three proposed dates that everyone who has responded
would be able to attend. (Andrew may be transitioning to
London, and Traugott had already indicated to me he would be
unavailable this month.)

The alternative would be to explore dates in early March,
but I would rather not postpone this.

I have also attached below a summary of potential time-slots
and a table of availability and constraints for UB members.
Please review these and correct if necessary.

If Akira agrees to this date, the beer will be on the rest
of us at the next available occasion :)

Tom
