We use the term "Home Delivery Service". It too could be misleading but was
felt to be more friendly and could apply to be a variety of people's
situations where the service is justifiable.

Subject: Housebound Library Service
Dear all,
Following a comment from an older person about the title 'Housebound Library
Service' we are looking at alternative titles. It now feels rather old
fashioned and could be misleading.
Could any of you let me know what you call your service to people in their
own homes and any comments, good or bad, you have had on this?
With thanks, Hilary
