I agree. Why would you need a policy beyond 'if your baby needs feeding, go ahead and feed it'?

On the assumption your policy is trying to restrict it, I don't
understand why such a policy is necessary. 'Babies need books',
Bookstart is your key to the wonderful world of libraries...but try and
feed your infant and you'l be contravening our policy? Surely not.
