It's due January 1, 2006, according to Amazon (US), and January 31,
2006, according to the Routledge web site:
http://search.tandf.co.uk/ (search by title; there doesn't seem to be
a way to provide a fixed URL for the book's page).
It certainly sounds very interesting; the subtitle is "'Double
Belief' and the Making of an Academic Myth" and the description is:
This book dispels the widely-held view that paganism survived in
medieval and early modern Russia alongside orthodoxy.
