Dear Salima, for African mammal skulls in general I have found this site
useful http://www.devdirection.com/tanzania/default.html the key has its
limits and a mistake in the serval/caracal distinction but is pretty good
and covers a lot of things also found in Egyptian material. the other one
to look at is the animal diversity web - if I have the correct link below
you should find 2 pages of specimen skulls - the second page has 2 good
images of various cercopithidae maxillae
http://animaldiversity.ummz.umich.edu/site/accounts/specimens/Cercopithecidae.html
I could also compare with a few skulls and bones I have here if you send
pictures/measurements. Remember also that there is a big sex difference in
the baboons which is horribly confusing!
Sheila PS if you find anything better please let me know!

Subject: [ZOOARCH] Monkeys and Apes
Dear All
Is there any particularly good atlas with images of monkey and ape
skulls (and post-cranials as well). I have some burials in Egypt and
a very limited number of comparatives (like one irrelevant one).
Thanks.
