Hello friends,
Im currently analyzing a site from northern Lake Michigan and came upon a
quadrate which I can't identify. It looks much like that of a smallmouth bass,
except that the posterior surface has an elegantly recurved shape, making it
look almost like the bottom of a treble cleft. I'm wondering if this may be a
whitefish or trout, as we have neither in the comparatives and I've run out of
other options. Any help would be appreciated.
