Dear all,
I am embarrassed to say that I have found the source of the problem I
was having with spm_sample_vol. For some reason I have not yet figured
out, matlab was picking up an old (SPM96) version of
spm_sample_vol.mexglx even though the spm2 version was higher in the
path. Having found and removed that copy everything runs fine.
A big thank you to all of you who tried to help me solve this problem,
sorry for any wasted time.
Best wishes,
Mark
