Hi,
If you are still looking for this I have the source code rawtominc.c,
the manual rawtominc.ma1, and a compiled binary for SuSE 9.1 Linux on
x86 architecture. These all came from the mcgill site you mentioned.
Send me an email if you want me to send any of it to you. I found
building the minc tools from source quite problematic because of the
dependencies that need to be installed before hand (eg. netcdf, hdf5 etc.).
