Migration, Race and Population Dynamics: explaining Britain's ethnic geography
Salary £20,044 to £24,352 p.a.
Applications are invited for the above, with starting date between 1 April and 1 October 2006. You will play a major part in quantitative research with social policy implications supported by the Leverhulme Trust. The project is described at www.ccsr.ac.uk/research/egpd.htm
CCSR has strong technical experience to guide the post-holders' work. Applicants should bring proven strengths in at least one of the following, with ability in both: (a) social policy related to integration and immigration or (b) social statistics with computing. Applicants should have a relevant degree, report-writing skills, and ability to work independently with relevant literature and with large-scale datasets.
