Yes I certainly know that the RSS was involved!
My main point is that if injustices occur in court, then primarily the
judicial system/personnel should be examined. Why do the lawyers blame it on
the witness?
Also on Radio 4 - I came in in the middle and must paraphrase:
* Lawyer-like person was demanding certainty
* Paediatrician-like person was saying"You have to accept that even expert
witnesses can not claim absolute certainty".
Don't always blame the parents or even the paediatricians - blame the
lawyers!
