This is wonderful, Jill - and so appropriate for me in that today I will
speak at my father's memorial (a secular gathering) in which one side (of
me) wants to deliver/revive my fathers life and soul into the memory of the
living - and yet the other side, to bid farewell, a communal release to 'the
other side.' You have done that here, so memorably well.
