of course i knew it was a marketing strategy. but i see some implications for this.
is it also a marketing strategy why so many researchers from other fields present themselves as "Design Researchers"? just imagine, i go into a Psychology department and announce myself a psychologist and what the psychologists will say. i think it is when #Design# is indeed a marketing tool that we must face the tough question.
after all, Norman calls himself a Design Theorist.
