CREATIVE THINKING AND DECISION MAKING
Formerly: Encouraging Innovation at Work
12 October 2005, London
Today's workplace demands an increasingly innovative approach to problem solving and decision-making. Organisations need to encourage people to be innovative in their approach and services benefit from having staff who can 'think outside the box' and are receptive to change.
This timely and intensive workshop will explore the need for an innovative approach and equip participants with a toolkit of techniques such as force-field analysis and mind mapping, that they can use in the workplace.
BENEFITS FROM ATTENDING
Participants will consider the increasing need for innovation at work and will be introduced to a range of techniques which encourage creative thinking - as individuals and groups.
BY THE END OF THE EVENT PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE:
* examined the need for an innovative approach at work
* practised relevant techniques in a supportive and confidential environment
* identified practical ways to encourage and foster an innovative approach in staff
* compiled a checklist to evaluate ideas and translate them into practical action
* exchanged ideas and experience
* developed an initial action plan.
