Mieko,
Thanks for clarifying that, it's exactly what I wanted to hear !

Mandy,
Millennium headings reports are just "reports". Headings have already
been changed so there's no need for you to do anything to "accept"
these
changes. You have already "accepted" them. The reports give you a
chance to review anomalies and inconsistencies from the changes
already
made and allow you to correct any "errors" if you want to and have the
time to do so!
If changes made in certain programs, by certain users or for certain
locations can be trusted and you don't want to review them, you can
exclude them from your reports and only check reports for other
functions
or users.
When we load a file of records from trusted sources (e.g. authority
control vendor) we try to clear any existing headings reports first
(having dealt with anything that needs to be done), load records, and
only check the sections of the headings reports that need checking
(e.g.
duplicate reports).
This gives you a chance to handle headings reports from batch loading
of a
large number of records (or in your case global updating of a large
number
of records) differently from records added or edited during the course
of
daily work.
Not sure if this answers your question...
