Daer All
Mandy has already sent out this email about this and she has had a
couple of replies but before we start having to do this manually I just
want to check that there is no way to get a text file of these barcodes
into Millennium. Basically all our 250,000-geac items are loaded into
Millennium but all with a status available. I have got a text file of
13,000 barcodes from our old system, which shows the items which are out
on loan on geac. Is there really no way of importing this text file to
match with the items in millennium and then to give these 13,000 a new
status? We go live on Tuesday and Mandy is very busy so as I said I
thought I would just give it one more shot with all you experts out
there!

Dear all,
We have got about 13,000 items that are currently out on loan on our
current system. We go live with Millennium on Tuesday.
Is there a way that we can change the Status of all of these items to
'On Loan Geac' so that our Catalogue will reflect that not all
of them will be available?
TIA
Mandy
