I don't really want to tread on the YAIM team's toes...
I had errors on a UI install that just went away when I ran the config
script a second time.
To just install R-GMA per se, I think you just need to edit
/opt/edg/var/edg-rgma/rgma-defaults - make sure the JARs are where you say
they are, CATALINA_HOME=/var/tomcat4 even without tomcat and SERLOC=MON box.
This should all be right any way, apart from maybe the last.
Then do a
/opt/edg/sbin/edg-rgma-config -q
/opt/edg/sbin/test/edg-rgma-check
This is basically the recipe at
http://hepunx.rl.ac.uk/egee/jra1-uk/LCG/current-release.html
with all the servlet stuff taken out...
But you'd probably want to try to find out why YAIM fails, else you'll
end up having to repeat this whenever you change your site-info.
It looks a bit like it's trying to actually configure a non-existent
Tomcat - is MON_HOST right in site-info.def?
That's about the end of my knowledge!
