Hi - if you look in $FSLDIR/etc/standard you will find the avg152T1_csf /
white / grey images which you could backup and then overwrite with your
own. They need to be in the space of avg152T1_brain in order for the
registration (that FAST runs when you use priors) to be correct; if not,
you need to change that image too.
