Hi and merry new year...
We've just fixed a couple of minor bugs in FDT:
1. A few changes in the scripts for Solaris (-e doesn't work on Solaris).
2. It now doesn't crash if your data contains empty slices.
To get the fixes is easy; either re-download FSL
from scratch, or just take the appropriate small patch file from
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/patches/3.2
and then:
cd $FSLDIR/..
gunzip [your downloaded patch file]
tar xvf [the uncompressed patch file]
Thanks.
