Dear List
I have three unrelated questions I'd appreciate some advice on:
1. I've just run a lower-level feat for a new study and I'd like to be able
to overlay my activations onto the volunteer's highres brain in fslview.
Registration within the feat analysis went fine but everytime I try to add
the threshold_zstat activations onto their highres brain from the 'reg'
folder, I get an "incompatable" error. Could someone explain to me why I
can use a registered brain to add zstat activations from higher-level
analyses but not lower-level analyses?
I've tried running flirt seperately to register the volunteer's highers
onto the standard brain but still get the incompatable error message when
trying to overlay the zstat. Also, I've tried registering the zstat
activations themselves without any luck either.
Overlaying the functional activations onto the example_func slice in
the 'reg' folder does work, but isn't nearly as neat.
2. Can anyone one tell me why I get a table or z-scores, peak activations,
p-values, and and co-ordinates for each comparison when doing a higher-
level analysis with cluster correction, but not when doing a higher-level
analysis without correction? How does one go about finding them without
trailing through files one by one.
3. Can anyone advise me of a program I can use from a windows environment
(without using cygwin) to create bitmap/jpeg/whatever images of brains with
functional overlay (i.e. for writing up reports). MRIcro can add two
fucntional overlays onto a brain but no more (I want to overlay at least
3). Also, I need it to be able to colour-in shared activations between my
overlays as a different colour (-i.e. so I can clearly see demonstrate
activations share the same brian regions - can't seem to do that in MRIcro).
Cheers in advance
Richard
