Hi - when you specify a mask image in the featquery GUI then the second of
each pair of peristimulous plots that I described yesterday is created
averaged over that mask. You can specify a give cluster as the mask by:
before running Featquery, use avwmaths to create a mask that contains just
the cluster of interest, using the -thr and -uthr options.
