Hello,
a few suggestions:
John Carpenter´s "In the Mouth of Madness" (writing
changes reality)
"A masterpiece of my life" (Southkorea, there a couple
of different English titles, deals with someone
producing porn while writing a screenplay for his own
film "that will touch everyone´s heart"
"Man with Flower" (South Korea; about writer´s block /
a writer trying to escape the deadline)
Soderbergh´s "Kafka"(stylish and pointless)
If you intend to include films that portray the mere
physical act of writing, there will be possibly
thousands of examples, two more exciting ones are
"Love Letter" (Shunji Iwai) and the Korean "Il Mare",
finally "Amelie" has a few nice examples of writing
(the "postcards", the faking of a love letter´s reply,
the mirror writing and so on).
