A training day consisting of four workshops relating to effective
communication organised by the Society of Archivists' London Region and
Specialist Repositories Group.
Registration is from 9.30 to 10.00am, with lunch at 12.30 to 1.30 and the
day finishing at 4.00pm.

The training day is suitable for everyone but may be of particular interest
to:
lone archivists and records managers
those with some experience in archives or records management
those working to boost the profile of their archives or records
management services
Experienced practitioners will advise and instruct delegates in how to:
Improve their negotiating skills
Gain insight into aspects of fundraising
Consider the approaches and issues involved in choosing an EDRM system
Develop their skills in marketing and promoting a records management
programme

£85 for Society of Archivists members
£100 for non-members
