David a reasonable number of immunoassays should be considered with some caution. The ones that spring to mind are folate and red cell folate, prolactin, oestradiol, and of course HCG.
Looking at a specific group of patients in the general Biochemistry scene, you could also include ALT and AST due to P-5-P inclusion or not.
