Thanks for your replies. The best way to separate the serum, as suggested, is to use the green top tubes (Na Heparine). The results were:
Proteins 145 g/l
Albumine 17 g/L.
Next step was to do the immunoelectrophoresis/immunofixation and the results are:
IgG 118 g/L (6.50 - 16.00)
IgM 1.43 g/L (0.5 - 3.00)
IgA 0.26 g/L (0.40 - 3.50)
Kappa 146 g/L (6.29 - 13.50)
Lambda 0.69 g/L (3.13 - 7.23)
So it was an Multiple myeloma IgG Kappa.
