I look forward to Ted's promised posting of these Findings of Fact, but
I also suspect that they may be on the GMC Press Office page that his
link refers. I looked quickly at that web page on the day Ted posted the
link in here, and it was a fairly short statement of their 'sentence'
with some references to the grounds for it. I looked at it again
yesterday and the majority of it (starting a bit before half way through
the 'page') is now headed "Findings of Fact delivered Wednesday 13 July
2005" and goes into detail, making it clear which 'facts' were 'admitted
and found proved', which were 'found proved' (presumably not admitted),
and which were 'found not proved'. Several of them are amended, and the
amendments are clearly shown by crossed-out text. Unless I simply didn't
scroll down far enough the first time I looked (perfectly possible), the
GMC Press Office must have added the Findings of Fact to the page after
Ted (and I) first looked, perhaps because lots of people were asking for
them.
regards,
Kevin
