IANAL, however it appeared to me that the Human Rights Act (or at least
the bits you quoted were about a criminal trial, and plagiarism isn't a
criminal offence, and does not have a criminal trial (is it even a civil
offence?)
However, if it is deemed to be a criminal offence, would that make the
likes of EHA aiders and abetters (or accessories before the fact, or
something - IANAL again.)
