Has anyone ever considered using 'pattern languages' to capture how
personas can be built and used?
It seems that pattern languages, able to capture both the 'scientific'
and non-scientific aspects of a process (to a degree at least), might be
very well suited to building a useful, usable body of knowledge about
personas.
...just an idea.
Cheers.
