MILLENIUM CATALOGUING - EXCHANGE OF EXPERIENCE DAY
Monday 28th February
10.30 - 15.30
Held in Main Library, University of Durham.
No fee for attendance.
As announced by Ann last week, the EIUG are running a MilCat exchange of
experience day. Focusing on the MilCat module, this event will give
EIUG members the chance to discover how MilCat is being implemented and
used at other institutions and will also provide an opportunity to
discuss the module with colleagues from other member libraries.
The exact schedule for the day will be confirmed closer to the event,
however the day will be a mixture of presentation and group discussion.
The event will begin with coffee and registration at 10.30, to allow
for travel arrangements, and should close at 15.30 at the latest.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided and there is no charge for
attendance.
If you would like to attend this event please book by e-mailing
[log in to unmask] indicating names and numbers attending from
each site as soon as possible and by 18th February at the very latest.
In addition, it would be useful to let us know if your site has any
'burning issues' that you would like discussed on the day. Please let
us know any special dietary requirements too. If you would be prepared
to deliver a presentation at this event, please contact me as soon as
possible also.
